This necklace is seen in multiple episodes of season 4 of Breaking Bad. Don Eladio, the head of the Mexican drug cartel, wears it in every scene he appears in. After Gus kills him and the rest of the Salamanca family, he returns it to Hector as proof of what he has done.

The original prop was custom made for the show by Brevard Design, out of sterling silver, and can be purchased for about $1800. This replica comes from an Ebay seller, and as far as I know, is the only alternative replica available.
